Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE (Switch)
Any progress is some progress? I think? This game continues to be a completely baffling unbalanced time. I managed to stumble my way thru the Studio Dungeon (4? 5? The Chapter numbers continue to make this confusing) and made it to the halfway point. The first miniboss wasn't an issue it was an easy beat all 3 enemies at once kind of gimmick bosses. This fell easy but the second boss took some doing as it required you to take out a big thick knight while he was constantly supported by a black mage that would revive if killed. Luckily the black mage was easily just sealed from using magic making it pretty much a broken chess piece on the board.
Everything else about the what 8 hours I played of this was a blur of exp grinding or skill grinding in the bonus dungeon area, failing to do Mamori or Tsubasa's sidequests and generally wandering around lost in the aforementioned dungeon.
There are 2 dungeons after this but a bunch of side stories left. Now I don't need to do all this but I play games to not only beat but get that side content out of it, especially with these side stories providing extra attack specials its in my interest to finish all of these off. There is also the EX dungeon but unsure how nutty that will get.
Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (PS2)

World 2 went down this time, the entire world was themed after a casino/junkyard hybrid run by a dog gangster that skipped leg day. This world introduced a few side Murray levels, one where you protect him (ahhhhhhhhhhhh) and one where you race with him (also ahhhhhhhhhhhhh). The actual Sly Cooper playable levels were fantastic. The game is still chewing me up like bubble gum though, the game is really making me look like a really bad player dying to everything.
I still am baffled with how brilliant of a formula this that they have pretty much abandoned this series. Even having released one every 5 years they could milk this forever. Another bizarre game development choice.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Switch)
The War I had made me want to get back into finishing the spirit collection. It likely won't be fully possible with a few tasks, and spirit battles being beyond my skill level. I still have put in effort over the years and I'm now down to 210 spirits, so I feel if I can get pretty close its a victory. I also went thru the logging and found I have about 50 spirits to collect before I can summon all the summonable spirits. So I now have a list to watch out for as I check my spirit boards.
